Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2020 Sothebys in Paris held the auction The French Touch: Hommage à Alain et Catherine Bernard, which included the work Table, Circa 1925 by Albert Cheuret. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,134.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert Cheuret achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Pair Of Argus Light Wall, Circa 1925 in September 2020 with an auction result of EUR 78,120.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2020 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion The French Touch: Hommage à Alain et Catherine Bernard durch, in der auch die Arbeit Table, Circa 1925 von Albert Cheuret zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.134,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Albert Cheuret erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Pair Of Argus Light Wall, Circa 1925 im September 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 78.120,00.
