Auction result misses estimated price range

In the Photographs auction, the work Selected nude studies changed hands for USD 3,525.00 (€ 4,071.38) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Albert Arthur Allen have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in February 2003 by the work Selected nudes studies from the series The Model at USD 5,975.00 (€ 5,543.19).
