Auction result well in line with expectations
In June last year Bonhams in London held the auction Modern British and Irish Art, which included the work Autumn Nocturne by Alan Reynolds. The price achieved of GBP 8,287.50 (€ 9,627.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alan Reynolds achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autumn Legend in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 162,236.48).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Modern British and Irish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Autumn Nocturne von Alan Reynolds zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 8.287,50 (€ 9.627,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alan Reynolds erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Autumn Legend im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 162.236,48).
