A top price for Alain Miller - as previously expected
The work Eye Love Eye by Alain Miller was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2011. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,148.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Eye Love Eye is the most expensive artwork by Alain Miller that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Eye Love Eye von Alain Miller kam im Juni 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.148,68) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Eye Love Eye das teuerste Kunstwerk von Alain Miller, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
