A top price for Ai Zhongxin
The work Danube Dreams (Painted In 1986) by Ai Zhongxin was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 250,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 259,600.00 (€ 27,794.25). With this result, Danube Dreams (Painted In 1986) is even the most expensive work of art by Ai Zhongxin that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Ai Zhongxin
Die Arbeit Danube Dreams (Painted In 1986) von Ai Zhongxin wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 250.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 259.600,00 (€ 27.794,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Danube Dreams (Painted In 1986) sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ai Zhongxin, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
