Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Portrait Of The Second Condesa De Castroterreño, Half-Length by Agustin Esteve y Marques for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 11,518.52). This price was achieved in the auction Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Agustin Esteve y Marques achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of A Young Woman Holding Two Roses in June 2007 with an auction result of USD 384,000.00 (€ 284,023.67).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Portrait Of The Second Condesa De Castroterreño, Half-Length von Agustin Esteve y Marques für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 11.518,52) erwerben.
