A top price for Aglaé Bassens - as previously expected
The work The Audience by Aglaé Bassens was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2018. The auction ended at the price of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,650.85), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Audience is the most expensive artwork by Aglaé Bassens that we have observed at auctions so far.
