Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Adrianus Eversen could be acquired at Christies in London in December 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British and European Art auction, the work A Dutch street scene changed hands for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,454.94) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adrianus Eversen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Straatje te Edam: Townsfolk in a sunlit street in April 2001 with an auction result of NLG 257,000.00 (€ 117,958.19).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Adrianus Eversen konnte im Dezember 2021 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion British and European Art wechselte die Arbeit A Dutch street scene für GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.454,94) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adrianus Eversen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Straatje te Edam: Townsfolk in a sunlit street im April 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 257.000,00 (€ 117.958,19).
