Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adrianus Eversen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Straatje te Edam: Townsfolk in a sunlit street in April 2001 with an auction result of NLG 257,000.00 (€ 117,958.19).

Die Arbeit Winter in the Village 15 x 12 in. (38.0 x 30.5 cm) framed 19 3/8 x 16 1/8 x 1 1/2 in. von Adrianus Eversen kam im März diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 3.570,00 (€ 3.283,66) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 62%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adrianus Eversen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Straatje te Edam: Townsfolk in a sunlit street im April 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 257.000,00 (€ 117.958,19).
