Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Winterlandschaft mit eleganten Figuren. by Adriaen van de Venne was sold in the Gemälde Alter Meister auction at Koller in September last year. It changed hands for a price of CHF 378,500.00 (€ 392,969.90) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of CHF 300,000.00 – 400,000.00. Admittedly, works by Adriaen van de Venne have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Winter Landscape With Figures Skating On A Frozen River, Prince Maurits Of Orange-Nassau With A Hunting Party In The Foreground in July 2007 with an auction result of GBP 1,308,000.00 (€ 1,942,681.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Winterlandschaft mit eleganten Figuren. von Adriaen van de Venne wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion Gemälde Alter Meister bei Koller versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von CHF 378.500,00 (€ 392.969,90) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von CHF 300.000,00 – 400.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Adriaen van de Venne auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Winter Landscape With Figures Skating On A Frozen River, Prince Maurits Of Orange-Nassau With A Hunting Party In The Foreground im Juli 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.308.000,00 (€ 1.942.681,93).
