A top price for Adolf Hohenstein
In November 2010 Christies in London held the auction Travel and Vintage Posters, which included the work Tosca by Adolf Hohenstein. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 10,625.00 (€ 12,696.86), 18% above the upper estimate. With this result, Tosca is even the most expensive work of art by Adolf Hohenstein that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Adolf Hohenstein
Im November 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Travel and Vintage Posters durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tosca von Adolf Hohenstein zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 10.625,00 (€ 12.696,86) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Tosca sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Adolf Hohenstein, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
