Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in London held the auction Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists, which included the work Harvest time by Konstantin Stoilov. The price achieved of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 5,601.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Konstantin Stoilov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Russian Caravan racing in the Snow in October 2004 with an auction result of USD 28,680.00 (€ 22,501.18).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Icons and Pictures Including works by Non-Conformist Artists durch, in der auch die Arbeit Harvest time von Konstantin Stoilov zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 5.601,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Konstantin Stoilov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Russian Caravan racing in the Snow im Oktober 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 28.680,00 (€ 22.501,18).
