Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life with Flowers by Adelheid Dietrich was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2011. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 43,750.00 (€ 32,520.63) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Adelheid Dietrich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life with Flowers in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 252,000.00 (€ 187,318.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Still Life with Flowers von Adelheid Dietrich kam im November 2011 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 43.750,00 (€ 32.520,63) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Adelheid Dietrich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still Life with Flowers im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 252.000,00 (€ 187.318,81).
