Auction result misses estimated price range
In March this year a collector was able to acquire the work Madonna and Child, 1917 by Adam Fischer for DKK 15,000.00 (€ 2,012.97). This price was achieved in the auction Modern paintings, sculptures & prints at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Adam Fischer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work “Spiralpigen” (The Spiral girl), 1918 in March this year with an auction result of DKK 100,000.00 (€ 13,419.79).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Madonna and Child, 1917 von Adam Fischer für DKK 15.000,00 (€ 2.012,97) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern paintings, sculptures & prints bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Adam Fischer auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit “Spiralpigen” (The Spiral girl), 1918 im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 100.000,00 (€ 13.419,79).
