Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Quilmes Cristal by Luciano Achille Mauzan was sold in the Vintage Posters auction at Christies in London in May 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 812.50 (€ 998.59) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Luciano Achille Mauzan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bertozzi, which sold at auction in November 2015 for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,916.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Quilmes Cristal von Luciano Achille Mauzan wurde im Mai 2014 in der Auktion Vintage Posters bei Christies in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 812,50 (€ 998,59) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Luciano Achille Mauzan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bertozzi beobachtet, die im November 2015 für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.916,97) versteigert wurde.
