In May 2014 Christies in London held the auction Vintage Posters, which included the work Costa-Grande by Luciano Achille Mauzan. The result of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,843.55) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Luciano Achille Mauzan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bertozzi, which sold at auction in November 2015 for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,916.97).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2014 führte Christies in London die Auktion Vintage Posters durch, in der auch die Arbeit Costa-Grande von Luciano Achille Mauzan zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.843,55) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Luciano Achille Mauzan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bertozzi beobachtet, die im November 2015 für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.916,97) versteigert wurde.
