The result of EUR 450.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 450.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Achille Funi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Interno di studio in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 37,200.00.

Die Arbeit Tavola con frutta von Achille Funi wurde im Juni letzten Jahres in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 450,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 450,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Achille Funi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Interno di studio im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 37.200,00.
