Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Orchard by Abraham Manievich was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 18,900.00 (€ 22,190.38) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abraham Manievich achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Neige dans la forêt. 1913. in July 2021 with an auction result of CHF 305,300.00 (€ 283,992.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Orchard von Abraham Manievich wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 18.900,00 (€ 22.190,38) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abraham Manievich erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Neige dans la forêt. 1913. im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 305.300,00 (€ 283.992,82).
