Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Brooklyn by Abraham Manievich. The price achieved of GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,095.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abraham Manievich achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Neige dans la forêt. 1913. in July 2021 with an auction result of CHF 305,300.00 (€ 283,992.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Brooklyn von Abraham Manievich zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 9.450,00 (€ 11.095,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abraham Manievich erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Neige dans la forêt. 1913. im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 305.300,00 (€ 283.992,82).
