Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Country House, Outskirts Of Moscow (Double-Sided) by Abraham Manievich was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2017. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,216.59) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Abraham Manievich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Neige dans la forêt. 1913. in July 2021 with an auction result of CHF 305,300.00 (€ 283,992.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Country House, Outskirts Of Moscow (Double-Sided) von Abraham Manievich wurde im November 2017 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.216,59) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Abraham Manievich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Neige dans la forêt. 1913. im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 305.300,00 (€ 283.992,82).
