In March 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Avec Son Chapeau, Mars 1994 by Abraham Hadad. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,530.00 28% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Abraham Hadad - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Partie De Campagne, 1985, which sold at auction in February 2008 for EUR 4,461.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 28 % übertroffen
Im März 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Avec Son Chapeau, Mars 1994 von Abraham Hadad zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.530,00 und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Abraham Hadad mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Partie De Campagne, 1985 beobachtet, die im Februar 2008 für EUR 4.461,00 versteigert wurde.
