This artwork by Abolghassem Saïdi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Dubai in April 2008. In the International Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Septembre sold for USD 115,000.00 (€ 73,869.48) - well above the upper estimate of USD 40,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Abolghassem Saïdi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in March 2016 with the realized price of USD 112,500.00 (€ 98,770.85).

In der Auktion International Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Septembre für USD 115.000,00 (€ 73.869,48) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 40.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Abolghassem Saïdi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 112.500,00 (€ 98.770,85).
