A top price for Abidin Dino
This work without title by Abidin Dino was sold in the Contemporary Art Turkish auction at Sothebys in London in March 2009. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 35,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 37,250.00 (€ 40,168.54). With this result, this work without title is even the most expensive work of art by Abidin Dino that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Abidin Dino wurde im März 2009 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Turkish bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 35.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 37.250,00 (€ 40.168,54) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist dieses Werk ohne Titel sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Abidin Dino, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
