The price achieved of USD 1,320.00 (€ 962.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Other works by Abe Blashko have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2007 the work Dock Worker was auctioned for USD 1,440.00 (€ 1,050.25).
