Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Of A Young Girl by Abdul Aziz was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. The price achieved of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 6,759.90) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abdul Aziz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Courtship in November 2012 with an auction result of HKD 3,140,000.00 (€ 311,345.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Girl von Abdul Aziz kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 6.759,90) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abdul Aziz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Courtship im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.140.000,00 (€ 311.345,12).
