A top price for Abdul Aziz Raiba - as previously expected
This work without title by Abdul Aziz Raiba was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,264.62) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Abdul Aziz Raiba that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Abdul Aziz Raiba kam im September 2012 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 8.264,62) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
