This artwork by Abdelkébir Rabi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in December this year. In the A Moroccan Winter auction, the work Composition sold for MAD 28,864.00 (€ 2,640.60) - well above the upper estimate of MAD 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abdelkébir Rabi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition, 2015 in November this year with an auction result of MAD 721,600.00 (€ 66,087.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 92 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Abdelkébir Rabi erzielte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion A Moroccan Winter wurde die Arbeit Composition für MAD 28.864,00 (€ 2.640,60) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von MAD 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abdelkébir Rabi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composition, 2015 im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von MAD 721.600,00 (€ 66.087,13).
