Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Face of a Man) by Abdul Hadi El-Gazzar was auctioned at Bonhams in September this year. The price achieved of GBP 768.00 (€ 768.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Abdul Hadi El-Gazzar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Construction Of The Suez Canal in March 2014 with an auction result of USD 1,023,750.00 (€ 743,086.30).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Face of a Man) von Abdul Hadi El-Gazzar kam im September diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 768,00 (€ 768,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 600,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Abdul Hadi El-Gazzar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Construction Of The Suez Canal im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.023.750,00 (€ 743.086,30).
