Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Abas Alibasyah was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2018. The price achieved of HKD 25,000.00 (€ 2,815.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Other works by Abas Alibasyah have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2016 the work POTRET DIRI was auctioned for HKD 37,500.00 (€ 4,569.63).
