This artwork by Adolphe Mouron Cassandre achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in November 2018. In the Annabel's auction, the work Nord Express sold for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,019.16) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 10,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Adolphe Mouron Cassandre; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot GRANDE QUINZAINE INTERNATIONALE DE LAWN-TENNIS sold at auction in June 2015 with the realized price of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 42,299.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Adolphe Mouron Cassandre erzielte im November 2018 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Annabel's wurde die Arbeit Nord Express für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.019,16) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 10.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Adolphe Mouron Cassandre; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit GRANDE QUINZAINE INTERNATIONALE DE LAWN-TENNIS im Juni 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 42.299,62).
