A top price for Zhuang Shengtao
The work Deepness by Zhuang Shengtao was sold in the Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 93,750.00 (€ 10,835.77), 34% above the upper estimate. With this result, Deepness is even the most expensive work of art by Zhuang Shengtao that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Deepness von Zhuang Shengtao wurde im Mai 2016 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 93.750,00 (€ 10.835,77) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Deepness sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Zhuang Shengtao, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
