‘Zhu Zhengming majored in Chinese Painting at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts as an undergraduate,but turned to Mural Painting for her graduate studies. The open learning atmosphere of the Mural Painting Department changed her creative mind and approach to painting. Zhu’s path of art-making is as winding as her path of art-studying. She started from the classical schema of the Western Medieval World and eventually made her way to the

Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Asura No.3 by Zhu Zhengming was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2015. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 212,400.00 (€ 24,813.98). Other works by Zhu Zhengming have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 253,000.00 (€ 26,047.09) in October 2014 for the work One Hundred Years of Solitude 37.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Asura No.3 von Zhu Zhengming kam im Oktober 2015 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 212.400,00 (€ 24.813,98) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Zhu Zhengming haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 253.000,00 (€ 26.047,09) im Oktober 2014 für die Arbeit One Hundred Years of Solitude 37 beobachtet.
