Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Summer by Zhou Lianxia was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2013. The price achieved of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 3,555.42) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhou Lianxia have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lady Musing In The Candlelight in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 35,410.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Summer von Zhou Lianxia wurde im November 2013 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 3.555,42) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhou Lianxia auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lady Musing In The Candlelight im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 35.410,74).
