This artwork by Zhiying Shi achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in March 2021. In the ONLINE ONLY | SØR Rusche Collection - Last Chance auction, the work "Small Tortoise" sold for EUR 1,041.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhiying Shi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sea II in October 2015 with an auction result of CNY 375,000.00 (€ 53,760.64).
Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zhiying Shi erzielte im März 2021 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion ONLINE ONLY | SØR Rusche Collection - Last Chance wurde die Arbeit "Small Tortoise" für EUR 1.041,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhiying Shi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sea II im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 375.000,00 (€ 53.760,64).
