Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2020 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online, which included the work Two Calligraphic Couplets by Zhao Hengti. The price achieved of HKD 10,000.00 (€ 1,079.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Zhao Hengti have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2021 the work Couplet In Clerical Script was auctioned for HKD 12,000.00 (€ 1,334.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2020 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two Calligraphic Couplets von Zhao Hengti zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 10.000,00 (€ 1.079,68) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Zhao Hengti konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2021 die Arbeit Couplet In Clerical Script für HKD 12.000,00 (€ 1.334,83) versteigert.
