Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Family Correspondence by Zhang Shizhao was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in October 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 60,000.00 (€ 6,674.17), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Shizhao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy In Running Script in October this year with an auction result of HKD 936,000.00 (€ 113,191.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Family Correspondence von Zhang Shizhao wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 6.674,17) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Shizhao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy In Running Script im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 936.000,00 (€ 113.191,52).
