In October 2009 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Asian Art, which included the work Anti-Vice Campaign Series – 001 (Diptych) by Zhang Haiying. The auction ended at the price of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 8,742.80), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. Other works by Zhang Haiying have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2011 the work Girls In A Room (From The Anti-Vice Raids Series) was auctioned for EUR 11,250.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2009 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Anti-Vice Campaign Series – 001 (Diptych) von Zhang Haiying zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 8.742,80) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Zhang Haiying konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2011 die Arbeit Girls In A Room (From The Anti-Vice Raids Series) für EUR 11.250,00 versteigert.
