The work Plum Blossoms by Zhang Anzhi was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 32,500.00 (€ 3,769.40), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 30%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zhang Anzhi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Fishing, which sold at auction in March 2019 for HKD 88,500.00 (€ 10,041.77).

Die Arbeit Plum Blossoms von Zhang Anzhi wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 32.500,00 (€ 3.769,40) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 30%. Für andere Arbeiten von Zhang Anzhi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Fishing beobachtet, die im März 2019 für HKD 88.500,00 (€ 10.041,77) versteigert wurde.
