Auction result misses estimated price range
In May this year a collector was able to acquire the work The Night by Yutaka Ohashi for USD 510.00 (€ 478.69). This price was achieved in the auction Studio Art | Bonhams Skinner at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Yutaka Ohashi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dusk no.8.9 in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,334.80).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Night von Yutaka Ohashi für USD 510,00 (€ 478,69) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Studio Art | Bonhams Skinner bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 800,00 – 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yutaka Ohashi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dusk no.8.9 im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.334,80).
