Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Sans Titre by Yolande Fièvre was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2017, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 1,950.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yolande Fièvre achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Festival de L'assassin in June 2017 with an auction result of EUR 92,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Sans Titre von Yolande Fièvre im Oktober 2017 bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 1.950,00 den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yolande Fièvre erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Festival de L'assassin im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 92.500,00.
