In March 2008 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Reflections in the lake by Yevgeni Gololobov. The auction ended at the price of GBP 600.00 (€ 753.75), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Admittedly, works by Yevgeni Gololobov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Autumnal sunset in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,952.30).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im März 2008 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Reflections in the lake von Yevgeni Gololobov zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 600,00 (€ 753,75) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 400,00 – 600,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yevgeni Gololobov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Autumnal sunset im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.952,30).
