Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Ye Linghan achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in Hong Kong in December 2020. In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale in Association with Poly Auction auction, the work LUCY-L-001 sold for HKD 163,800.00 (€ 17,277.35) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 55,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ye Linghan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lucy-E-001 in December 2021 with an auction result of HKD 2,875,000.00 (€ 325,653.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ye Linghan erzielte im Dezember 2020 bei Phillips in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale in Association with Poly Auction wurde die Arbeit LUCY-L-001 für HKD 163.800,00 (€ 17.277,35) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 55.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ye Linghan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lucy-E-001 im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.875.000,00 (€ 325.653,83).
