Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2013 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art, which included the work Lotus In Full Bloom by Yang Yanping. The price achieved of HKD 93,750.00 (€ 9,177.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yang Yanping have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Fragrance Of Summer in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 524,000.00 (€ 52,165.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2013 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lotus In Full Bloom von Yang Yanping zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 93.750,00 (€ 9.177,08) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yang Yanping auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Fragrance Of Summer im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 524.000,00 (€ 52.165,46).
