Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2017 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy I, which included the work Landscape And Poem by Xu Zihe. The price achieved of HKD 53,100.00 (€ 5,844.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Xu Zihe - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Fishing Boat By The Shore, which sold at auction in October 2018 for HKD 150,000.00 (€ 16,890.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2017 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy I durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape And Poem von Xu Zihe zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 53.100,00 (€ 5.844,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Xu Zihe mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Fishing Boat By The Shore beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für HKD 150.000,00 (€ 16.890,22) versteigert wurde.
