Despite a disappointment, a good price for Xeno Münninghoff
In March 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work On The Heath by Xeno Münninghoff for EUR 1,800.00. This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours at Sothebys in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, On The Heath is the most expensive artwork by Xeno Münninghoff that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Xeno Münninghoff
Im März 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit On The Heath von Xeno Münninghoff für EUR 1.800,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours bei Sothebys in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist On The Heath das teuerste Kunstwerk von Xeno Münninghoff, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
