In February 2015 Artcurial held the auction Urban Art, which included the work Electrik Puzzle - 2014 by Xare. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,250.00 63% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Xare; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Hope sold at auction in April 2013 with the realized price of EUR 3,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 63 % übertroffen
Im Februar 2015 führte Artcurial die Auktion Urban Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Electrik Puzzle - 2014 von Xare zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.250,00 und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Xare; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Hope im April 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 3.500,00.
