Artwork auctioned at five times the upper estimate price
The work Sans Titre by WXYZ was worth EUR 2,800.00 to a buyer in November 2010. This price was achieved in the auction Tag & Graffiti - Sale Benefiting to “Paris Tout P’tits” at Artcurial in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 501.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by WXYZ; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Boîte Aux Lettres sold at auction in March 2012 with the realized price of EUR 3,500.00.

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Tag & Graffiti - Sale Benefiting to “Paris Tout P’tits” bei Artcurial in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 501,00 um ein Vielfaches. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von WXYZ; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Boîte Aux Lettres im März 2012 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 3.500,00.
