Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Goldfish by Wu Zuoren was auctioned at Bonhams in January this year. The price achieved of HKD 38,250.00 (€ 4,495.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wu Zuoren achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Golden Ocean in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 8,167,500.00 (€ 713,988.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Goldfish von Wu Zuoren kam im Januar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 38.250,00 (€ 4.495,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wu Zuoren erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Golden Ocean im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 8.167.500,00 (€ 713.988,97).
