Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Goldfish by Wu Zuoren was auctioned at Bonhams in December last year. It achieved a price of AUD 24,600.00 (€ 15,648.07), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 23%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wu Zuoren achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Golden Ocean in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 8,167,500.00 (€ 713,988.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Goldfish von Wu Zuoren kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von AUD 24.600,00 (€ 15.648,07) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 23%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wu Zuoren erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Golden Ocean im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 8.167.500,00 (€ 713.988,97).
