In November 2015 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Calligraphy In Running-Standard Script by Wu Xiqi. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 68,750.00 (€ 8,396.85), 72% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Wu Xiqi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Letters, And Poems In Running Script sold at auction in September 2013 with the realized price of USD 20,000.00 (€ 14,776.51).

Im November 2015 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Calligraphy In Running-Standard Script von Wu Xiqi zur Versteigerung kam.
